Welcome to Smileverse - official Loyalty Program of Pizza 4P's. These Terms & Conditions define the rights, obligations, and conditions that apply to your participation in the Pizza 4P's Loyalty Program. By registering or continuing to use your Smileverse account, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any future updates posted on loyalty.pizza4ps.com.

Smileverse serves as Pizza 4P's Loyalty Program's name – more than a loyalty program, it is a guest gateway to extraordinary moments with 4P's. Through Smileverse, we aim to express gratitude to our Guests for personalized rewards and wo-w-worthy experiences that turn every interaction into a cherished memory.
Smile Account, set within Smileverse, acts as a central hub of our member's personal information. By having a Smile account, you gain the ability to oversee your account and engage in the Pizza 4P's Loyalty Program's.
Smile Profile securely stores essential member identification details, including names, dates of birth, and phone number and preferences.
Smile History is a chronological log capturing members' activities, detailing earned, spent, and redeemed Smile points within Smileverse.
Upon registering and creating an account on Smileverse, you automatically become a member of Pizza 4P's Loyalty Program.
Pizza 4P's Loyalty Web-app is designed to facilitate seamless interaction between our Guests and 4P's. This platform offers engaging features to encourage active participation in our Loyalty Program, fostering sustained engagement and enriching the overall experience for our Guest.
Each visit is earned every time Guests dine-in at Pizza 4P's restaurant. These visits contribute to tier upgrades and enable Guests to accumulate Smile points for each visit.
In Smileverse, Smiles represent points that members can utilize to unlock various exciting items from our reward list and more. These Smiles are accumulated through dine-ins at Pizza 4P's restaurants.
Pizza 4P's reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Terms of Use, including policies, FAQs, offers, promotions, benefits, or guidelines related to the PIZZA 4P'S LOYALTY PROGRAM, at its discretion. These changes will be effective immediately and may be posted on loyalty.pizza4ps.com. By continuing to participate in the Loyalty Program after any modifications, you agree to the updated terms. If you disagree with the Terms of Use, you should discontinue your participation in the Loyalty Program.
Pizza 4P's Loyalty Program is designed for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited for commercial purposes. Additionally, the program is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

Joining-in: To become a member of the Pizza 4P's Loyalty Program, visit loyalty.pizza4ps.com and follow the instructions to create an account.
Personal information: You must provide accurate and valid personal information while setting up your Profile, including your:
Member Status: Upon enrollment, you will be granted a Smile Account at the member status level, initially starting with 0 smiles/visits. This entitles you to the rewards and benefits outlined in this program.
Birthday Information Edit: B.I.E is limited, any changes are subject to verification by Pizza 4P's. Final decisions regarding the update will be made by Pizza 4P's based on the situation.
Each member is associated with only one valid phone number.
"Visits" are earned by physically visiting Pizza 4P's Saigon Pearl. Your tier within the program is determined by the number of visits accumulated. (Refer to [Tier Level Term] for more details)
Each Dine-in at Pizza 4P's in Vietnam earns one (1) visit.
HOW TO EARN A VISIT:
At the end of the meal, use Pizza 4P's Loyalty Web-app to scan the QR code on the valid bill following specific rules:
Visit expiration: Accounts without any new visits within 6 months will be temporarily blocked. Contact us to reopen your account (refer to [Expiration Term] for details).
Smiles are earned by dining in participating Pizza 4P's restaurants across Vietnam. Smiles can be used to participate in the Happy Wheel game, with 25 Smiles equating to 1 playing turn.
Each Dine-in at 4P's Pizza Restaurant earns twenty-five (25) Smiles.
HOW TO EARN SMILES?
Similar to Visits, use the Loyalty Web-app to scan the QR code on the valid bill following specific rules mentioned earlier.
Smiles Expiration: Smiles can expire after one (1) year of guest inactivity (refer to [Expiration Term] for details).

There are four (4) Tiering levels in the Smileverse program.
Each level is achieved based on the number of Visits within 12 months.
Benefits increase with higher Tier levels.
Birthday rewards are based on your Tier level (refer to [Additional Benefits] for details).
You are automatically on Tier 1 once done registering. Visits accumulate to upgrade your Tier level automatically.
Maintenance Visits are required to retain your current Tier level.
Failure to meet Maintenance Visits results in a tier downgrade.
Participation in the Pizza 4P's Loyalty Program is free.
Smiles earned through the program are promotional, hold no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Smiles, Rewards and registered Pizza 4P's Loyalty Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
